You did it! Welcome to the last day of our challenge. Hopefully, you've crushed your goals and are on top of the world! OK, reality check--yoiu might not feel like you have crushed anything, but trust us, you've come a long way! Stay tuned for more challenge and tips in January!

Beast MOde (your workout)

Go big or go home for the last day and go for a triple-header of challenge workouts. This might not be the most intense workout we've given, but we think you'll feel the burn.

Start with a warm up, then hit the cardio with Day 4.

Next, wake up your body with Day 1.

Finiish blasting your booty with Day 8.

Let the excitement in. Feelimg Scrooge-y? It's worth a minute to do sometihing nice for someone else!
